“DO NOT USE THIS "COMPANY!" It is a complete scam. All you need to do is contact your cellular service provider if you purchased the phone from them. If you still are making payments on the phone, you will need to have the paid paid off and then they will unlock the phone. This company is a scam. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!”

“I submitted my payment and was informed that the completion time could be up to 48 hours. A search on ExpressUnlocks revealed some sites claiming it was a scam, which made me worried initially. However, I received an email from ExpressUnlocks explaining any potential delays in detail. Shortly after, I received the unlock code, and my phone was unlocked without issues. While the process was lengthy, I am satisfied with the results. Since ExpressUnlocked was not at fault, I gave them a 5 star rating.”
