“Fast service for att&t took less than 10 minutes for verification and about 1-2 hours to be unlocked that said it will cost you about 80usd total”

“I'm not happy at all, I was made to pay lots of money then I was told the phone was unlocked but it wasn't, had to spend more money taking the phone back to the store.”

“I am a computer luddite, so instructions have to be crystal clear for me to operate any program. The unlock proceedures were well defined and easy to execute. I am a little surprised by the (what is to me) a high cost ($25 plus $54)). But the service is excellent and everything went through without a hitch (though the bank wanted a verification of the issuer, which was easily resiolved).”

“I paid £66 in total. I was very skeptical after reading the bad reviews on trust pilot as I had already paid for the service and I quickly tried to message the company to get a refund, however when I woke up the next morning I received an email to say that my phone has been unlocked, it is an iPhone 12 that was locked to an American network ATT , I live in the UK. The reviews on trust pilot caused me to feel a horrible amount of stress as they led me to believe I was scammed. Although I couldn’t truly afford to pay £66 I knew I had to as I had broken my other phone. People should make sure they have carefully checked they put the correct IMEI Number and everything before leaving bad reviews as this stressed me out for no reason... Thank you expressunlocks ! My iPhone 12 is now unlocked and I’m able to put my sim into it ! Very grateful , however I will admit that the pricing at each step was not clearly stated and that the pricing is high for a network unlock. Nevertheless you got the job done, thank you ! My phone was unlocked within 12 hours”

“Very quick & easy service - I'd just had my phone stolen & managed to get it blocked by my network provider so I needed to unlock an old phone as quickly as possible obviously. I was worried about using this service instead of going directly to my network but as they weren't open until the morning I had no choice but to try & I'm very happy I did.
