“I was a little apprehensive about using an online unlock site however it was very straightforward. Initially the countdown said to allow 24 hours, no need to panic, the code came through in about 20 minutes. Just ensure that you know the phone you're unlocking is a personal purchase phone and is not ex company purchase. Make sure you click the correct box, this was my mistake, not expressunlocks.com.”
