“After googling unlocking mobiles Express unlocks were the first to come up, the process was easy, put the IMEI number in and follow the steps. After an easy payment process my daughter’s phone successfully unlocked from EE. I must say it took the stress out of the whole thing. I’d highly recommend using express unlocks.”

“The company was very straight forward. Asked me to put my phones serial number and took them a small amount of time to unlock the phone. They are good at responding and emailing you about the update and i am very glad with the service. The phone is now unlocked and ready to go. Exceptional service from the company and i would recommend them highly thank you !!!”

As per our terms (7.1 Guarantee does not apply where handset appears to be BLACKLISTED or in iCLOUD LOST mode or Blocked by Apple), if the eligibility check shows that the device is already unlocked, it's not eligible for a refund. The unlock button exists to proceed with purchases for users who need their phones unlocked - it's a standard feature on the website, but I understand how it might be confusing in your situation. While I acknowledge that this isn't the news you were hoping for, I encourage you to regard the Eligibility Check as a valuable confirmation of your phone's status, ensuring that it's ready for use on any network without the need for further unlock procedures. “A first class service. It did take a little longer than I expected, but this was due to a complication where the unlock codes had to be obtained from phone manufacturer and not the service provider O2. The whole process took approx: 5 days! Codes arrived and phone unlocked within minutes. The only negative aspect I found with the process was the 2 phase method of charging. I think this should of been made clearer at the start of the ordering process (unless I missed it).”
