“I bought 2 pairs of ugg sandals but unfortunately only 1 pair came which i love them. It would of been nice to get an email to say that 1 pair was not in stock”

Apologies Sinead. It's our policy to contact customers if items aren't in stock, but we've been experiencing email deliverability issues with hotmail, so the email about the out of stock item may have been delivered to your spam folder or been blocked altogether. But once again, apologies.

“Very pleased with this knitted dress - although choose a couple of sizes smaller, as comes up quite large. Usual excellent Barbour quality, and even better that it was in the Sale! Delivery was excellent, with Tracking details throughout, and packaged well.”

“I already own the Holland Cooper (HC) Long Sleeve Margot Jumpsuit In Black and wanted a spare as I love it so much. HC no longer had stock and I found it on the Excel site. As I have never shopped with Excel, I reached out to HC to check that this would be a genuine item. They confirmed Excel is a stockist which gave me the confidence to purchase with them. My jumpsuit arrived on time and was well packaged, thank you🌞 Great you have the option to spread the cost with Klarna too.”
