Hi Lynn, that's really disappointing to hear. Holland Cooper items are always of the highest quality, but no brand is without the odd manufacturing fail. Glad to see you've made contact with us to resolve the issue. We're always happy to deal with faulty goods and get an exchange if possible or refund when not. Just a bit disappointed in the 1 star review.

“Good ordering system and kept me informed of the item's progress but let down by Royal Mail, not Excel Clothing's fault. So a long delay from the item being dispatched and it arriving...to the London area! This means I was worried about the 14 day return period, as I didn't receive the item when the company would have thought I had. Would use again, but expensive to return items to Belfast, so try to be sure that the size and item is what you want! I loved the item but it was too big.”
