“Very quick delivery. Unfortunately the boots were too big so emailed Excel on the same day they were delivered using the address provided in the delivery note to request the prepaid returns label but still haven’t had a reply over a week later. I am not sure if the boots qualified for free returns so unsure if I am out of pocket or not! but in order to meet the 14 day return period I have returned them at my own expense.”

“I hate shopping, but when you find a retailer who has selected the most cool clothes, where you want to shop only there, then shopping is a joy. I’m so thankful David has got to know the styles I like. It allows me to get his advice, in addition to using Excel online, knowing I’ve made the perfect purchase. The whole process allows me to continue shopping from my favourite retail brand, wherever I am in the world. Bravo!”
