I ordered a dessert sky cross over tommy hillfiger bag but received a black one there was an option of desert sky or black was disappointed because my daughter has the blue purse it is a gift for her I wanted it to match

I ordered a gant hoodie, unfortunately I received an email saying it had not bee. Dispatched due to it being damaged. I was refunded promptly and with no problems. So wouldn’t hesitate to use evolveclothing again.

Very impressed with the quality of the clothes received. I spent 8ver €200 and need to only return 2 item worth almost €20. I understand that there would be a cost for postage. It is much cheaper for me to return via An Post with tracking rather than DHL . I'm not sure if this option is acceptable. I was also disappointed to see that there is a €3 charge for returning goods through the post. From what I can see there is no such charge for returning items in the shop. I think this is an unnecessary charge and I would not shop in a evolve again as a result.

Adidas t shirt came very nice 👌 did not fit Ordered medium but more like a large .payed for postage to receive then had to pay to send back ....t-shit was £18 ....postage was £8 🤷🏽‍♂️ nearly half the price of the t-shirt .

Ordering and delivery process very easy. But I ordered two sizes and had to return one - it cost me £15.93 to return the unwanted one recorded delivery as requested - this is too expensive to make it worthwhile. I ordered some other clothes from a different online company and their returns were free, so I will probably use them in future

I purchased from Evolveclothing.com as I seen it on a fashion influencer’s Instagram story. I spotted a dress I liked and it was only available in a size M, I messaged evolveclothing’s Instagram and asked what size a M would be. And I was told it was would be ‘about a size 10’. So I ordered the dress and when it arrived it said on the label it is a size 12. I did love the dress but now it’s unfortunate I have to get alterations done to it. I could not find a size guide on the site for their clothing as every clothes website has different sizing...

Very good service and prompt delivery service. I would like to say that I did try to cancel my order via email through your website nearly straight after I placed my order but it was not accepted. I now have to return my purchase at extra cost to myself.
