“I give it 4 out of 5 stars. There was a discount code on top of a sale item which brought down the price a bit and free delivery over £58 which was fair. But one of the items they sent me was a medium size item not large as it said on order as I ordered, which is quite a trivial error to be making. They said when I contacted them that if I sent the item back they would be prepared to refund it, that is fair, I didn’t and won’t be, I will probably just give the undersized item to a local charity shop and check the reviews next time to see if so many folks are experiencing trivial errors and weigh up what to do. Most of the order was absolutely fine, perfect and great value and service quality, it would have been a 5 stars from me were it not for that”
