Hi Dawn, Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. I'm sorry you found the returns expensive. We do all we can to keep the cost of returns low for our customers in the UK & Ireland by offering a subsidized returns system to keep the cost to the customer at £3/€3 for a return. As you are based in the UK, you should have received your prepaid returns label along with your item. Was this not the case?
