“I ordered these trainers as a Christmas present for my husband and was really pleased to find them in his size as I have been looking for a long time for them. My issue is that the box they have been delivered in is battered, like it has not been stored carefully and taken care of. Whilst I will give him the trainers I would have preferred the box to be in better condition so it looks like a nice present rather than a scruffy one.”

“I love the selection of clothes for women, including some of my favourites (Selected, Sugarhill Brighton) which just also happen to be more eco options & high quality as expected from Evolve. As usual I had no issues finding a present for my Dads birthday either. During lockdown, when we cant browse the store, I found the website brilliant and the team were as helpful as ever.”

“Still waiting for an order from last Wednesday, no updates given since initial order confirmation email, and tracking number in the purchase confirmation email doesnt seem to be a valid one - so right now I’m feeling worried and unhappy.”

“Clothing as expected was excellent, good quality, loved the shade, size perfect. Delivery bad package left about a quarter of a mile up the road, dropped outside a woman’s house, she found it around 8 pm opened it before realizing it was not for her. She contacted me at 8.30 pm requesting I collect it ASAP. I was lucky she was an honest woman and gave the package to me, she could just kept it. It’s no wonder customers are not getting what they have ordered and payed for if this is the delivery service used. I already have not received an item valued at 150 euros but company claimed it was sent out. I am aware of the risks concerning the virus but a better delivery service is urgently needed. Clothing excellent when eventually received.”
