I was not home when they package arrived but they delivery man left it at my sister's house and not outside as some other companies have done so thank the driver very much for me. “I ordered these trainers as a Christmas present for my husband and was really pleased to find them in his size as I have been looking for a long time for them. My issue is that the box they have been delivered in is battered, like it has not been stored carefully and taken care of. Whilst I will give him the trainers I would have preferred the box to be in better condition so it looks like a nice present rather than a scruffy one.”

“Clothing as expected was excellent, good quality, loved the shade, size perfect. Delivery bad package left about a quarter of a mile up the road, dropped outside a woman’s house, she found it around 8 pm opened it before realizing it was not for her. She contacted me at 8.30 pm requesting I collect it ASAP. I was lucky she was an honest woman and gave the package to me, she could just kept it. It’s no wonder customers are not getting what they have ordered and payed for if this is the delivery service used. I already have not received an item valued at 150 euros but company claimed it was sent out. I am aware of the risks concerning the virus but a better delivery service is urgently needed. Clothing excellent when eventually received.”
