Very disappointed to be honest. It’s not clear when purchasing the tax isn’t included in the price shown plus your delivery fee is extortionate. Won’t be using again

The jacket had a hole at the shoulder I returned it but have not yet got any confirmation that it has been received and no refund yet Hopefully it is delayed due to the bank holidays

When my delivery arrived the paperwork was correct and when I open the box my boots were not the colour I ordered and as stated on the delivery sheet.

My items arrived and the box was completely ruined. This is a Christmas present and I now cannot gift it in the branded box. Otherwise, delivery etc was very fast.

Ordered boots on the 17th, it's suppose to be 48 hour delivery but yet we're now The 22nd and still no delivery. Tracking saying they are still waiting g for my order to be dispatched.

Ordered a Fred Perry jacket from Evolve as a Christmas present, size large. When it came it was in fact an extra large and so I had to send it back due to them not having the correct size. Over 2 weeks later and I am still waiting for a refund, despite it being the company’s fault. First time shopping here too, so disappointed to say the least.

I ordered these trainers as a Christmas present for my husband and was really pleased to find them in his size as I have been looking for a long time for them. My issue is that the box they have been delivered in is battered, like it has not been stored carefully and taken care of. Whilst I will give him the trainers I would have preferred the box to be in better condition so it looks like a nice present rather than a scruffy one.

I received my faux leather jacket although it being a large it was too small for me I asked it you have extra large. Returned the jacket which cost €9 to return plus I would like a refund for the jacket asap

Ordered a XS size and you sent me a S. Just waiting for the opportunity to return the item and ve refunded. And on top of it there are no more XS sizes online so I can't even ordered again or ask the correct size to be sent. Just disapointed...
