“I would have originally given 2 stars as my order was not sent out until I rang and then was told the jacket I ordered was gone but Travis was so helpful in sorting me out and apologising and helped me choose another jacket that for that level of customer service I had to give 4 stars. Hi Dawn, Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. I'm sorry you found the returns expensive. We do all we can to keep the cost of returns low for our customers in the UK & Ireland by offering a subsidized returns system to keep the cost to the customer at £3/€3 for a return. As you are based in the UK, you should have received your prepaid returns label along with your item. Was this not the case?

“I give it 4 out of 5 stars. There was a discount code on top of a sale item which brought down the price a bit and free delivery over £58 which was fair. But one of the items they sent me was a medium size item not large as it said on order as I ordered, which is quite a trivial error to be making. They said when I contacted them that if I sent the item back they would be prepared to refund it, that is fair, I didn’t and won’t be, I will probably just give the undersized item to a local charity shop and check the reviews next time to see if so many folks are experiencing trivial errors and weigh up what to do. Most of the order was absolutely fine, perfect and great value and service quality, it would have been a 5 stars from me were it not for that”

“I am very disappointed as I ordered and received some men’s gloves from Evolve for a Christmas present. I was pleased with the speed of delivery however I returned the gloves enclosing the necessary forms on 6th January as they were too big and to date have not received a refund. I am pleased to say that since posting this I have now received my refund and understand the delay was due to the postal service a result of the Covid 19 epidemic. Thank you for responding Evolve Clothing. I have amended my rating.”
