“Was quick to deal with the application, everything was put in place quickly and smoothly, also done over the weekend, I had my car the next day.so can't fault how quick it was all dealt with.”

“Very fast process with the application and is ready for pickup but unfortunately I haven't got car yet as I am waiting for my private plate coming off my old car so still using old atm till it goes back to normal plate”

“I thought the way the car loan was handled extremely well. easy download of documents etc. was a little worried about giving all the details and if I didn't have a passport to check as well as all the other documents what would have happened. plus I was told that I could pick my payment date. not the case . plus you can't change any details until the first payment goes out. I found that to be misleading. but after a few phone calls and online paperwork it was sorted.. a good system but could be explained better and made a little easier for older people . over all though very happy”
