“There was a lot of going back and forth, asking for various details and proofs, some of it repeatedly. Although this came from the finance company and Evolution were more of a go between, this was frustrating and time consuming for all concerned. Perhaps a checklist of what might be required from the start may have helped speed things up and save lots of hassle. That said, everyone we spoke to at Evolution was friendly and helpful, and particular praise goes to Derek (our account manager) who took it upon himself to do what was required to get the agreement over the line”
