“First couple of days was really good with good communication and the couple of people I spoken with were great and informative but then lots of confusion followed , several emails to say everything was all complete then more emails to re submit forms and other things , I was beginning to think it was scam and almost pulled out.”

Dear Kerry, Thanks for your feedback, and we're sorry the experience wasn’t as smooth as it should have been. While the delays largely stemmed from how the proposal was initially amended and the supporting documents received, we understand how frustrating it must have been to be asked for additional info after being told things were progressing.
