I thought the way the car loan was handled extremely well. easy download of documents etc. was a little worried about giving all the details and if I didn't have a passport to check as well as all the other documents what would have happened. plus I was told that I could pick my payment date. not the case . plus you can't change any details until the first payment goes out. I found that to be misleading. but after a few phone calls and online paperwork it was sorted.. a good system but could be explained better and made a little easier for older people . over all though very happy
