“I was really please with the variety of products available. Once I had chosen the items I wanted and had submitted the artwork, the 'mock ups' were received really quickly meaning the order could be authorised within a very short timescale. Jasmine was very patient with me and sorted out the problems we had at our end. Thank you - we will be back!”

“I was struggling to get a particular item that could be branded in full colour for a tight deadline. I tried half a dozen suppliers who either couldn't fulfil the request or simply didn't respond on livechat. Mollianne picked up the request right away, went away to make some enquiries and came back with a good price and met the requirements. The items look great and she communicated really well all the way through. Top job”

“When placing my order Louis Henry was very helpful and managed to get my order to me very quickly. the quote I received from EB was way better than anyone else offering the same service. We managed to get 500 pens and 50 moleskin notebooks sent to us in a matter of days where other suppliers were quoting 2 weeks. Thank you for all of your help, the customer service you provided was excellent. One thing I would work to improve upon is the time it took in getting back to us, I communicated a deadline we had to get the invoice in and had I not managed a workaround I would have had to cancel the order.”

“While the communication of the company could use some work, they have some good staff working there. Namely Joshua Shahani. It is because of Josh I have given a 5 star rating. His customer service was impeccable, always well mannered and polite and always came off as professional. The quality of the wristbands is tremendous and if they employed more people like Josh, the customer service would be as well.”
