“Haven't heard back from anyone regarding a quote and the online web chat was useless as I had no response!”

“Extremely good service. Jasmine was my account manager, and she has been responsive with quotes and answering questions, checked with the supplier that everything will arrive by the date I require before placing the order, and is very prompt to chase down problems with the delivery. Will definitely order from this company again.”

“This company has been a nightmare to work with. Had to chase for quotes, confirmations. They took my payment, but never confirmed my order and I don't even have a copy of an invoice. The only saving grace was ONE employee who tried to help me sort through the mess: Devon Robb. She took care of me and made sure I got what I needed. She should go work for a more professional company!”

“Customer service was fantastic. Georgia took time to talk me through all the options when it came to selecting the right bags/artwork and she was so helpful in ensuring that the order was processed and delivered in time for an event. Great product as well. Really happy.”

“Easy to deal with, get colours right, lots of choice, would recommend. Only thing is there seems to be a high turnover of staff.”

“I asked Mollianne if she could arrange for 100 frisbees to be delivered by Friday as we are taking them to a very poor area of Kenya (next Tuesday). Mollianne was very kind and went 'above and beyond' to help us, and they arrived on Thursday (a day early!) Thank you Mollianne. I will try to get a photo of the kids playing with the frisbees and send it to you! Chris Taylor”
