“Melanie, was informative and had excellent communication; she remembered my query from a few months prior to our order when i mentioned we would be ordering around mid August. I received a message from her mid August (unprompted) to see if we were still interested in ordering. Melanie was always very friendly when getting in touch. All mugs arrived in great condition and we are very happy with the quality.”
