“Billy took a few email attempts and was a bit slow to really engage with our request, but as soon as he did, he was extremely helpful and diligent. We're also really happy with our product. Good printing and good quality bag.”

“This is the second time I have purchased pens from Everything Branded and just like the first time, the service and the quality of the product was brilliant and at such a great price. I had the pleasure of being assigned Adam Squires as my account manager and from the very first correspondence was helpful, friendly and so quick to respond. Having Adam made the whole process seamless. The payments team were also great, making payment by card, quick and easy with no hassle. Fab customer service and great products. Will be definitely using Everything Branded again when we run out of pens.”

“I have used Everything Branded now a few time to produce well priced branded water bottles, etc for our cycle tour company Viva Velo Cycle Tours. My account manager, Billy Bolstrode, was excellent and very helpful throughout the process - even changing the delivery address at the last minute for me when we realised that there wouldn't be anyone available at the original address to take delivery of the order. The product itself looks great.”

“Do not use this company. I would have given Devon an excellent review. She was quick to respond to emails, and the order seemed to be processed quickly. However, the order never arrived. This is where the issues begin. It is literally impossible to contact Everything Branded through their advertised contact details. The phone number advertised on the website and used on all signatures places you on hold indefinitely. I left it on hold for over 30 minutes with no answer. The online chat is ignored, as are emails addressed to info@everythingbranded co.uk For 2 weeks I tried to chase up my order. Eventually finding a number for Accounts, they passed on my details numerous times, but not once was I called back as promised. After nearly 2 weeks I managed to speak to someone who gave me a reason for my lack of delivery, but unsurprisingly he didn’t call me back as promised. Speaking to someone else the following week, they gave me a different reason, and once again didn’t follow up on a call as promised. Eventually speaking to them again it was clear there would be no resolution and the only options given were wait 30 days for an investigation or receive a refund. So in conclusion I do not have the branded goods needed for my event. And did not even receive an apology. When I tried to push for a reason, all I was given by Ricky was ‘we’re really busy, the phones aren’t working, and people are on annual leave’. No apology and no consideration for customers left waiting for their goods. Avoid this company if you seek a company with any reasonable level of customer service, or want to receive your goods.”
