“I made an enquiry regarding pens which was followed up very promptly by Harry Palfreyman. Harry dealt with my enquiry very professionally and listened to my requirements taking on board that this particular order was urgent. Within 1 working day, we have agreed price, delivery date, artwork has been approved and my order is now in production. The process has been extremely smooth and efficient. Although the delivery is yet to happen, based on the level of service provided so far, I feel assured that my order will be fulfilled to complete satisfaction.”

“I contacted everything branded looking for personalised poker chips for an event. I spoke to Louis Allen, he sourced the product and turned around super quick for me just a few days. I was really pleased with the communication and all went really smoothly. They arrived on time and to the right places and quality was super.”

“Thanks to Umar for all his help when we were placing a large order for water bottles. We had quite a bit of back and forth changing the design and Umar was always really patient, quick to respond and helpful. We required quick turnaround which was delivered with minimal hassle. The water bottles also look brilliant.”
