Our team of craftspeople respectfully blend a tiny amount of the ashes with the special resin in the chosen colour. Each of our exquisitely crafted pieces of jewellery contains a small cavity where the resin containing the cremation ashes is carefully entered layer upon layer.

“Was extremely pleased with the silver piece, however was somewhat disappointed with the gold piece. Whilst the weight of the gold pendant was very good, the chain on which it was supplied was, in my opinion, was inadequate. I know an upgrade of the chain was available but considering the cost and how much overall the gold jewellery was, I had hoped a Mose substantial chain would have been provided. I have since purchased an alternative chain at additional cost.”

“My ring with my husband's ashes is beautiful and I am very happy with it. The ordering was all done very sensitively and was a very simple process. My only issue is that being gold the ring was to take 6-8 weeks but in fact it took 10 weeks as their engraving machine had broken down. I had to chase twice whereas they should have kept me up to date on what was happening with my order.”

“Ordering process very straightforward. Have waited eight weeks for my glass locket and two charms. Overall, it is very nice, but I am so disappointed that the large heart has been put in upside down and, try as I might, I cannot open the locket to change it!”

“I ordered a gents ring for my Brothers 30th birthday, the ring is beautiful, I’m sure my brother will love it,(not his birthday till the end of the month)the problem I had was with the delivery, it states on the website that orders have a signature only policy with the courier, this unfortunately was not the case with my order as I was at work when my parcel was delivered, the courier left my parcel also containing my mothers ashes on my doorstep, when I got home, my parcel was gone, this caused me considerable distress, to cut a long story short, I did get my parcel back, but the whole experience was very upsetting, so for that reason as much as the ring containing my mums ashes is beautiful and well made, I don’t think I will order again, as my mums ashes are far to precious to be just left on a doorstep.”

“I had three pieces made, a ring, bracelet and necklace. All three are beautiful and arrived so nicely packaged. The reason I have only scored 4/5 is because I was really surprised how tiny the main part of the bracelet is and I think this should be made clearer in the brochure - it could be as simple as showing a picture of someone wearing it.”

“This design is neat and pretty, however, in my opinion, due to the design it constantly twists on my finger and would recommend anyone purchasing one to go down a size. I did order my finger size and have had the sizing of the memorial ring checked, both accurate. By going down a size or maybe half a size the ring may stay in place. Also, I paid extra and ordered diamond dust but cannot see evidence of this, it may be there, somewhere????”

“Order process was easy but feel as people entrust their loved ones to you a quick email to confirm you have received the ashes would go along way to your customer. I had to chase my ring via email, on reciept of my ring i realised the customer service mis informed me which i found disheartening.. over all the ring is beautiful but the communication is poor…”
