“Absolutely beautiful ring and great professional customer service. My only advise would be not to bother with the extra diamond dust they offer. I had it added to my jewellery thinking it would add that extra sparkle and shine but sadly not. You can’t notice any different to the jewellery pieces without, so it is a waste of money.”

“The piece is a Christmas present for my mum whose dog recently had to be put to sleep...the service was super fast! The jewellery fantastically packaged so haven’t opened it to have a look as don’t think I’d be able to re package it as nicely again for my mum to open so we’ll all have that surprise on Christmas Day!”

“The service and ring was good But my gripe Is that the ring sizer is thicker than the ring band and when I sized my finger it was an 0 But the ring when came it Slipped around my finger... it was thinner therefore the ring sizer should be the same thickness so the actual rings to get a good fit. I've payed yo have it altered half size down”

“Having just received my pendant, I have to say that I probably chose the wrong colour(white), as I have another piece of memorial jewelry from a different supplier & the ashes show up better. I also paid the extra £20 for the sprinkling of diamond dust but it again doesn’t really show up so I needn’t have bothered. However I am happy with the price that I paid, I just made the wrong choices.”

“The bracelet is beautiful but the chain is very thin with no option to upgrade. the cost is astronomical for the gold version, even with the discount, no sign of the diamond dust, so not worth the extra £20 paid for it. “Very lovely necklace, smaller pendant than I thought but to me that’s exactly what I like , definitely no need to use a whole table spoon of ashes as got sent back nearly the exact same amount as what I sent , but overall a lovely memory of my aunt and would definitely buy from here again!”

“I received my ring and although I’m happy with it I’m not ecstatic with it. I can’t really see too much fur and what I can see is all neatly lined up rather than more random. I’m hoping it will grow on me. I was also sad to read that it’s suggested I remove it for washing, and I’m wondering why as I had hoped to wear it at all times and not have to remember to take it off.”

“My sister ordered me the Embrace Ashes necklace and I was surprised how quickly it arrived. Pendant is lovely and I really love it but I'm a bit disappointed with the silver necklace as it is quite thin and a bit short ... Will have to buy another chain unfortunately.... I did not realise you could change the chain until I checked the website today...”
