“I have used my local Eurofit Centre on 2 occasions recently and I must say that the Manager was most helpful and the work mwas carried out expertly and on time I would have no hesitation in recommendinh them to anyone.”

“Great prices cheaper than dealer garage they are helpful and friendly. Some people said you get what you pay for. Not at all you get good service and you ain't paying the earth for it.”

Thank you for taking the time to communicate to us why our service did not meet your expectations. Eurofit Autocentre’s currently boosts a high customer satisfaction rate and offer competitive prices to all of our customers. On rare occasions parts can be delivered or picked incorrectly by suppliers, unforeseen issues with other vehicles can delay ramps being available and staff sickness etc, can cause back log issues. It is our objective to return vehicles within a working day and we do everything possible to strive to achieve this. Please accept our sincerest apology for any inconvenience that has been caused to you. Again, I highly appreciate your feedback as it will assist us in becoming better at what we do. “If i ever have a problem with my car i always take it to eurofit bloxwich they are very helpful any problem fixed is always value for money unlike some garages that replace parts that dont need replacing eurofit will only do work that needs doing. If you are looking for a garage i wouldnt look anywhere else than eurofit. Excellent”

“Had my Passat in for a full service at the Bloxwich branch. It was carried out for a very reasonable price, a third of what the main dealer quoted and was ready for collection by early afternoon. They mentioned rear pads and timing belt will probably need to be done at the next service, which is unlike many other garages whom insist all work is done immediately. I was really impressed with their honesty and will be visiting them again at mot time and when the wife's car needs a service. A thoroughly refreshing experience of a garage.”

“I just wanted to say how pleased I am with the quality of service I received from Simon and his colleagues at your Stafford Road branch. There was a small problem (broken stud) which was probably no ones fault. However Simon sourced a replacement which was fitted yesterday. I guess these things happen - what I was really impressed by was Simon's dedication to providing excellent customer service - doing a great job and fantastic value for money. We have used this branch before and needless to say we will not purchase tyres from anywhere else - Thank You!”
