“My friend and I have just got back from almost 2 weeks in Thailand booked by Hannah. From the initial conversation Hannah was very helpful. She got absolutely everything right from hotels, to location, flights, transfers, price, everything! I couldn’t fault anything. Due to the Coronavirus we had to cut our trip short by a few days. Hannah helped us to rebook flights to help get us home. Demand was high for flights and Hannah was extremely responsive on her emails, also emailing me out of office hours to help get everything sorted. I cannot thank Hannah enough for how amazing she has been. Everything was stress free and we got home in one piece. I won’t be using anyone else other than EShores when I next go away and require the help of a travel agent. I would highly recommend to anyone!”

“Just want to thank Mathew and the team from eShores for organising our fabulous trip to Thailand. Having had to cancel the trip last year due to covid issues, everything was rescheduled for this year and couldn't have been better. Will be back in touch next month for another adventure. Fantastic service.”

We aren't part of Thomas Cook, we are an independent travel company but we did book things through Thomas Cook, such as flights and packages, but anyone affected by Thomas cook's collapse will not be left out of pocket. “I have just booked a 3 center holiday to Thailand with James, he was extremely helpful and gave me ideals and hotel choices. I was a bit unsure of which hotel to choose and swopped around a few times, James was very patient and managed to get me lovely hotels all within my budget. The holiday is next year so I can not comment on how it went, but I am very confident that James has got it just right. I can not wait for the adventure to begin !! Thanks again James.”

“My boyfriend and I are just back from New York and Las Vegas booked by Mathew. Mathew did an excellent job of booking flights and hotels, we also booked the Lion King show via Mathew. Both hotels were excellent and we had no issues with our flights, all in all our holiday went very smoothly and we had a fantastic time. We will definately be booking with Mathew at Eshores for our next holiday.”

“I cannot recommend Eshores enough. We had a fabulous member of staff 'Lynette', that organised an 8 day tour of, Rome, Florence and Venice. Flights were booked, hotels were booked and trains were booked. The hotels were wonderful and the trains so easy. We cannot thank Lynette enough for organising such a great trip.”

“My wife and I recently enjoyed a three location holiday to Greece for our 40th wedding anniversary through eShores. From the very first enquiry Emma Mcdonough was excellent in every aspect. From a prompt initial itinerary & costing to working through the detail. The holiday went like clockwork, flights, private transfers, hotels and locations all exceeded expectations. I would not hesitate to use eShores again.”

“Brilliant experience using eShores to set up a trip for three of us to do a week in Italy (4 nights in Florence and 3 in Rome) with transfers by car and train as well as arranging hotels. I'd only ever been on full package holidays before and was a bit anxious about parting with quite a bit of money to a company I didn't know and had not met face to face but I needn't have been. It was a wonderful experience and by phone calls and lots of emails (for my own reassurance) everything was set up and we had a wonderful holiday. Would definitely recommend eShores and many thanks in particular to Chris who put up with my panicky emails and calls.”

“Andy from e-shores came up with the perfect package for my wife and daughters 24 & 20. Three different island stays in the Caribbean with flights and private transfers. Andy was there for us when Air Antilles let us down by cancelling the flights on the day and going the extra mile to find new flights which in the Caribbean is not easy!! Have already recommended to friends who have used them twice and are delighted. Many thanks”

“We used eShores when booking our honeymoon. Andy could not of been more helpful. We were very particular and fussy about where, when and how we travelled, which would include 4 weeks, 9 flights and a number of different accommodation, transfers and tours. But Andy took time to ensure everything was perfect for us. His correspondence throughout the booking process was faultless and even after we had confirmed everything he managed to change our itinerary one last time following the escalation of trouble in Sri Lanka. This correspondence continued throughout our trip with Andy replying to any questions promptly as well as showing a genuine interest in how our holiday was going. He even gave us a follow up call once we had arrived home. In addition to his first class service, Andy’s knowledge of the tours, accommodation and countries that he booked for us was priceless, as he was able to recommend specifics which really made our honeymoon so memorable. Thanks Andy!”

Kelly was so helpful from start to finish and within a few days she had finely tuned our holiday to exactly what we were looking for. She was very polite and efficient. Such an amazing service.
