Brilliant experience using eShores to set up a trip for three of us to do a week in Italy (4 nights in Florence and 3 in Rome) with transfers by car and train as well as arranging hotels. I'd only ever been on full package holidays before and was a bit anxious about parting with quite a bit of money to a company I didn't know and had not met face to face but I needn't have been. It was a wonderful experience and by phone calls and lots of emails (for my own reassurance) everything was set up and we had a wonderful holiday.
