“I have received excellent service from Claire in formulating my travel plans which were slightly unusual and bespoke to a particular route I wanted to take. Really clear explanations given,my wishes were fully covered and a quote swiftly created . Claire not only listened to my requirements very well she also researched accommodation which fitted my needs but also provided an alternative choice . Flights at reasonable times and sensible transfer times. Really professional,helpful and exactly what I needed. Very grateful and impressed. Thank you.”

What stands out most is their attention to accuracy and reliability—something I really value. “⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I have used this travel agent many times over the years, and every single trip has been absolutely seamless from start to finish. Most recently, I’ve just booked a trip to Venice, and once again the service has been exceptional. Nothing is ever too much trouble. From finding the perfect accommodation and flights to handling all the finer details, everything is organised professionally and efficiently. Their knowledge, attention to detail, and commitment to customer service are second to none. What I value most is the complete peace of mind that comes with booking through them. “We wanted a holiday which will take us around several cities in Italy but still be protected as a package. Zack responded very quickly and came up with a fantastic package including transport. We only had to make a few tweaks to the original proposal and Zack was most accommodating, coming up with several options for us to choose.”

“Twice now we have given Claire of eShores a budget, a destination of one or two countries, a wish to travel to/from the same UK airport but fly in/out of different overseas airports, and a desire to travel by train/bus. The first time she made sure she understood the type of accommodation and places that suited us best. She also took into account that we are well-travelled and twice has put together great independent itineraries, first through four places in Portugal, and now five places in France/Spain - with a choice of two hotels in each place en route. Her attention to detail makes all the difference - like the fact we like to travel up front in a coach. Of course we could have booked these trips ourselves. But both would have taken a great deal of time researching destinations, flights, train and coach times and tickets, the right hotels, any day trips etc. In a world where we have become our own secretaries in every part of our lives, having an experienced travel agent do this for us is something we value. Claire’s knowledge, or research, of destinations, leads her to suggest places to see we might never have discovered. On our last trip a colleague was on the end of a phone out of hours to help with a minor snag we encountered. Yet, somehow, on both holidays, Claire and eShores have come in under budget. That’s something we can all appreciate in these times.”
