“I used you guys to go to Italy last year and was impressed so thought I’d use you for our trip to Budapest/Vienna in may,did enquire before new year so could tie down a price and was very disappointed when got back after the new year to find the trip had gone up £200,we have booked because the timings suit but again very disappointed in extra cost when we thought the quote given stood til after the new year!!”

“Booked a holiday to USA with Rob who has been very helpful . Only disappointment was the website stating we would be picked up in USA & taken to the hotel & vice versa on the way back which isn’t the case . Looking forward to the holiday”

“We have asked Hannah to organise our trip to Iceland as she did such an amazing job of Costa Rica last year. As always she has been really responsive, taken time (at a very busy period) to understand our needs and given us helpful suggestions to make sure we get the most out of a short break. Communication with Hannah is always swift and effective - we will use e-shores again in the future I am sure!”

“Lynette was such a great help for our group of 12. She paid the best attention to detail and hit the mark every time. Whatever request we made she tried her best to fulfil and we are beyond with the result. From this experience alone we will be booking through eshore again for our yearly family holidays.”

“1st time using eShores. Saw holiday ideas on the website, so my wife & I decided to call regarding a particular holiday. We spoke to Chris & gave him an idea of what we were looking for. Chris got back to us promptly with options of our request. After a couple of tweaks we were happy & booked. It was so easy! The stress taken out of it. Chris was very knowledgeable regarding areas of Turkey, hotels & flights. Looking forward to our up coming holiday & will certainly be calling eShores again.”

“Have always found Eshores. Very easy to deal with, the staff especially Michelle are very knowledgeable They come back to you very quickly. On a recent trip to Singapore we arrived late at night and our hotel had closed without advising anyone, Eshores dealt with it very quickly and were able to get us to another hotel with little fuss.”

“2nd time i have used eshores and will always use moving forwards. Leanne listened to requirements and then came up with perfect solutions and options of upgrades aswell. Had to make a few adjustments and this was no issue at all. E shores understand how to get best deals and much easier then trying to organise myself. I have recommended to all my friends. I aslo know that if there are any problems when away they are only 1 phone call away.”
