“We have booked a trip for next year (2025) so too early to rate their full service, hence 4 stars. However, in dealing with initial queries and tweaks to the standard itinerary, the sales representative was quick, accurate, friendly and professional. He sent through updated information promptly and provided documentation within the stated timescale.”

“EShores have been great in facilitating our first multi destination holiday to Thailand this year. Matt was great throughout the process and made it very easy and smooth for us (even though we didn’t make it easy for him :). “We have just booked a holiday to Antigua and Barbados with Matt, who was so helpful and spent time listening to our requests. Personal service was amazing. We will definitely write an update once we have returned from the holiday. Would not hesitate to use shores again in the future.”

“Emma at eShores was amazing from the very beginning by tailor making our Greek Island hopping holiday truly fantastic. No request was too much trouble and everything went to plan perfectly. “This is the second time we have used eShores, Kadie was brilliant, nothing was too much trouble. The itinerary was perfect. We had a wonderful holiday! Everything went well, with no problems at all, all the hotels were excellent and in perfect locations. The JR pass was great and there were no issues with any transfers. We will definitely be using eShores again and have recommended you to our friends.”

“Asked for a price on a holiday which was calculated within a day. Every query, online, was answered within hours. Hotels suggested were good quality and value. After being given such a good price I contacted Kadie by phone to book. She was super helpful, very efficient and lovely to chat to and explain some of my choices. This not the 1st time I have booked with this company and it won't be my last”

“Fantastic, we were slightly apprehensive as email and telephone but everything was spot on. Dave was so helpful during booking and could not fault a single thing with our Greek Island Hopping holiday. Will definitely book again, can’t recommend enough.”
