“Samantha took on board our many requests and questions and answered them all thoroughly, including many suggestions. She went above and beyond what many local agents dismissed and didn't bother to follow through. Highly recommend.”

“My partner and I visited Singapore, Bali and Gili islands at the end of September, all thanks to eShores. Mathew at eshore ensured he met our requirements with locations and hotels and remained patient with us when we kept changing our minds about where to holiday. We would most definitely use eshore again for our next holiday.”

“We booked a trip to Las Vegas for our wedding anniversary last July. Kadie was our travel consultant and she worked so hard to arrange everything for us and make our stay so enjoyable. Kadie gave very good advice and recommendations. We will definitely be booking with e.shores in the future.”

“excellent service , i have booked a 3 centre holiday in the usa 3 days new york ,a week in miami and a few days in orlando ,with car hire whilst in florida. It can be a pain trying to get flights from the uk to new york , then a flight down to miami and finally a flight home from orlando ,but e shores staff have really come up with the goods at a lot cheaper price than i could get by trying to do it myself online.”

“The lady that booked our holiday Kadie was very good - gave us lots of options and alternatives. She was always very happy to help with any questions/ queries we had. “Matt booked our honeymoon for us in August 2013. We went to Las Vegas and San Francisco and he found us very good, well-located hotels within our budget as well a arranging all the flights. The service was exceptional, especially as it was all done at very short notice, and it really took all the stress out of the arrangements.”

“Initially I was pleased with the service but this rapidly went down hill. First - the holiday I book and paid for was not available Second - the seats that I paid to reserve were booked for me, it then took 4hrs of phone calls to rectify this Third - the 2nd floor room that was requested was not listed on the hotel requirements”

Hi Emma, we're very disappointed you feel the service we provided wasn't satisfactory. When you came to book the holiday we had to call through to check the availability, but unfortunately since we first quoted you the availability had changed and it was no longer available. We offered you an alternative date which you were happy with so we went ahead with the booking. With regards the seats on the plane, the tour operator we booked through arranged your seats at the time of booking to ensure we could offer the best seats that were available. When you asked to change your seats we gave you the reference number but due to issues with the airlines system this had to be done over the phone. Rather than you waiting in a queue to them we offered to phone them for you, we emailed some suitable seat numbers and a seat plan and once you confirmed your preferred seats we booked them for you. We admit this did take a few hours but this was because of lengthy call queues to get through to the airline; which was the reason we offered to call them for you. Finally the request for the room was made for you but unfortunately requests can’t be guaranteed, however we were under the impression you were very happy with your room and the holiday. If this was not the case then please contact us directly so we can discuss this further. Kind regards, eShores
