“Excellent customer service from start to finish. Andrea proved an absolute star, being knowledgeable and easy to communicate with, speaking always with a smile in her voice which made for a happy, hassle-free experience throughout. Although we made a number of changes to her original travel proposal, nothing we requested was too much trouble so we remained confident at all times of achieving the holiday that we had wanted. Having booked our vacation, we can say with certainty that we'll be using eShores again.”

“We had a fantastic holiday touring around Italy. Dave booked the whole trip for us and everything went smoothly. All the hotels were lovely and in excellent locations. Dave was extremely helpful and made any requested changes swiftly and efficiently. I would recommend using e-Shores and have recently booked another holiday with them as the last one was so successful.”

“Mathew @ Eshores has help us organise and book 2 amazing holidays. He booked all of our trips, flights accommodation giving us great advise along the way. Communication is rapid and fully informative, always giving options to choose from. We have been on one holiday and it was perfect a holiday to remember, thanks to all the hard work Mathew put in. We are very happy with the service eShore provides and would defiantly recommend using them. five stars”

“We have just come back from a wonderful holiday in Australia organised by Michelle T. We visited 3 cities, Perth, Sydney, Cairns and each transfer was smooth and efficient. I love the way it can be tailor made for your specific needs and the personal touch from Michelle. She also had first hand knowledge of Australia and gave me lots of advice and information of things to do! This is the second time I have used eShores and it certainly won't be the last!”

“We dealt with Mathew who put a two centre holiday in Tuscany and Liguria for us. From the initial contact, dealing with eShores was a pleasure and we felt as though we had full input into the process of putting together the itinerary. Two weeks before departure we received all the travel and hotel vouchers, no nervous waiting at the last minute for them to arrive. Everything ran like clockwork and we had a great holiday. We'll be using eShores again for sure.”

“Very helpful, friendly and more importantly not pushy on sales. Absolutely love that you don't get passed around through different people in a call centre. You get to speak to the same person every time you call and if they miss your call, they ring you back immediately. There very helpful and informative and make sure they only offer you appropriate hotels to suit what you want out of your holiday. Will definitely book with these guys again”

“We found e shores staff to be very efficient in all aspects of arranging our trip to China and Hong Kong and quick to get back to us if we had any questions or concerns. If we were unavailable to take phone calls then a message was left and an e mail sent to confirm the situation. David Felton was our rep and he was most helpful but not 'pushy' at all, leaving us to make our own decisions.”

“I have to say that from start to finish Esure or I should say Michelle made our holiday first class anything we wanted to change was never any trouble and sorted straight away we will definitely use esure again thank you for an unforgettable holiday lance and sue.”
