“I felt that Emma, the agent I dealt with, genuinely wanted to get the best deal for us and despite giving her our budget figure the total came in much lower which totally showed me she worked to get us the right deal-and we are delighted with it. Emma was totally great to deal with and nothing was too much trouble-I highly recommend their service.”

“They tailored my holiday (Route 66 self drive) to suit my requirements and were so good about all the little tweaks I made to the itinerary. I also liked how you could book a year in advance and pay installments, this made a big expensive holiday like Route 66 achievable. At one hotel I needed assistance and emailed them at 12am not expecting a response until the next day - they actually responded within the hour (impressive, thanks Kadie!). Everything went to plan and I would have no hesitation in using them again for our next big trip.”

“They are big enough to get good deals, but small enough to treat each traveller as an individual. You don't simply have to choose a holiday from a brochure, but you can tailor-make exactly what you want! I know you will say that you could do that all yourself online, which you could. But these are experts, have their fingers on everything and are in the know. I couldn't believe how easy it was to get straight through to the person who organised my trip, whether in the UK, or away. You might just want to ask a simple question in situ, but eshores is there to help all the time. This is so very reassuring!”

“Emma just took all the pressure from us, we told her what we wanted and she gave us the options for our budget and personal requests. W e spoke to her on numerous occasions and nothing was too much trouble for her. She was brilliant, we have booked 2 holidays with eshore and will definitely will speak to Emma in the future.”

“Just done Route 66 with my husband, brother and sister in law had a wonderful time. But we could not have done this with out eShores spoke to Michelle who was brilliant in helping us plan our road trip. Brilliant company and staff would use them again when we plan our next trip.”

“I booked a holiday in May for our Pearl Wedding Anniversary. Dealt with James he could not do enough for us, was so professional. From the moment I spoke with him right to the end he was always there the same guy at the end of the phone. I love it that you deal with your own dedicated adviser. Hence I have just re-booked a holiday with eShores and called James again for his help. Thank you so much for making my holidays stress free, your great so glad I found you guys.”

“We have just returned from our amazing holiday to LA, Washington and Clearwater, Florida. I am quite used to booking holidays myself through the internet, choosing flights, searching hotels but this year I stumbled across eShores while doing a websearch. I am so glad I did. As we looking for quite a varied itinerary it was so much easier through eShores. I was put in contact with Helen and she had a very good knowledge of the locations I'd selected and listened very carefully to the details of what we were after as a family. Many emails went back and forward as we refined together hotels, flights, car rentals etc. She found us three brilliant hotels in our very different destinations. Also everything came in at a good price - certainly less than I could have arranged it all for. It all went amazingly well, - the itinerary went smoothly. The hotels were in great locations within our destinations. If you want to make planning your holiday painfree, I couldn't recommend eShores highly enough. Thank you, Helen.”

“From initially contacting E-Shores, through booking the holiday was really easy and they were really helpful and came up with good suggestions to meet our requirement s and fit in with our budget. All the travel documents were sent in good time before we travelled with everything we needed for the holiday. The travel arrangements i.e. flights, airport transfers were perfect with no issues and the hotel / apartment were both first class. I can't than eShores for making our holiday a real memorable one for all the right reasons.”
