“From the very start our travel consultant Dave Felton dealt with our holiday request in a very professional and friendly way. We changed our plans on a couple of occasions and Dave Felton was only too pleased to work with us. His follow up calls were very professional but not pushy so to choice which company to book with was very easy. Your company was not the cheapest quote but we felt the care taken by Dave Felton was worth paying the extra, so nice to see a company offer the customer service. We would recommended your company to friend and family's. Here's hoping the actual holiday goes as well as the booking process. Darryl Strong 13/10/2014”

“I found the website when looking for a multi centre holiday. I have to say Andy was excellent, he really guided us from hotels to tours in getting the most from our trip. The service is so good I have made contact with Andy since coming home to book another trip. What makes Eshore so special, the service level you receive were your needs are listened to and Met, you don't feel you are just processed. If you want a holiday and a seamless booking experience then do not look elsewhere.”

“I found my experience so far with your company to be excellent. Kadie who I have delat with has responded to every e-mail I sent straight away. My calls to her have been answered by her immediately. Kadie has provided a lot of information for me to be able to enjoy my holiday to the full. Kadie has been polite,friendly and professional. She has a can do attitude. A great service.”

“I found the service provided by e-shores to be fantastic. I was contacted within 24 hrs of leaving my details and had a good detailed conversation with Dave Felton. Dave knew all about where we wanted to go and offered some valuable tips about timings and locations. He listened and fully took on board all our requirements - reading between the lines the locations he picked for us were perfectly selected. The price given was very good and remained so even when the details changed a little because we had to wait a day to confirm our leave from work. Dave's colleague James took over in his absence (day off) and was every bit as good and helpful. An all round great service - I have already recommended e-shores to friends and family and will continue to do so!”

“Right from the moment I met Andy at a wedding exhibition in Leeds, he knew what I was looking for. He made our honeymoon the best holiday we could have asked for. always helped us with changes, kept us updated and made sure I was happy with his suggestions and whenever i asked him to make changes he was very helpful in assisting me. Got everything i asked for. you might pay a bit more than when you book a holiday yourself but you won't get the service and be stress free. The only request i have to make to Andy is to book me direct flights where possible next time. it's not his fault the flight was delayed but at least with a direct flight we won't have to spend too much time on another airport. Excellent work and i'm sure I will be using Andy again very soon!”

“As i dont go on holiday till 2015 I can only comment on the customer service Emma the advisor who i dealt with gave me. She was very helpfull nothing was to much trouble and she offered me various options and kept within the budget i gave her.”

“David 'James' Massey was a very helpful consultant who found me a number of perfect hotels & transport, matching the things I really wanted to see in Paris. The Eiffel Tower, Louvre, Arc de Triomphe etc. He gave me these of varying costs and various ratings and having known people who visited the area previously was able to recommend places I would never have considered! I now have the perfect room with breakfast and a view of the tower, a location directly between two of the three, flights and more all within budget to the penny. There were no issues with booking. He simply asked for the information he needed in one foul swoop meaning this was organised and booked within a week. This is the first of many holidays I will be booking through e-shores due to David's professional approach and vast knowledge and understanding of the market. With that and his friendly, helpful approach. I feel I have found the consultant to give me the many happy memories throughout my life. I will be back to book a skiing holiday with David (James) when I return from Paris. Thank you David!”
