“We have dealt with Rob to book our holiday and he has been the most helpful and patient person to deal with. We didn't know exactly what we wanted to do or where to go and he has been of great help to us. Not pushy at all but very informative and efficient. Great service and we are very much looking forward to our holiday.”

“Very happy with the services provided so far, and I am particularly pleased with how our travel agent Emily was able to not only set up a great initial plan for our Japan holiday, but she also was very quick and super polite when it came to amending our itinerary to our specifications, as well as the transparency in terms of the details of our trip and the associated costs.
