“I wanted a multi city USA trip. My agent, Andrea was superb, and organised the whole holiday perfectly. The hotels were great, and the Elvis trip and the Peabody hotel were to die for. It couldn't have been more perfect. All the travelling (planes and trains), hotel check ins and pre-booked trips were seamless. The accommodation was great and the value for the whole thing was second to none. Nothing but praise and highly recommended. All that's left to do now is decide where we are going next.”

“Very professional and also friendly. Our itinerary was completely catered for with all connecting transfers and pick-ups explained. Took the option to book tours through eShores from dosomethingdifferent.com which was great. Thoroughly enjoyed our holiday and felt safe in the knowledge that if anything had gone wrong eShores would have sorted it.”

“Helpful and fitted our brief very well, though we could have done with more information about the hotels; we had to search them out on the web ourselves to find out about their locations, etc. Too early to say more - ask again on our return?”

“I booked a holiday with Michelle of eShores to Amsterdam and Rome. I come originally from a high end sales background so I'm possibly over sensitive to customer care. Michelle has been brilliant throughout the booking process. Listening to what I was looking for and then coming up with a few alternatives. I haven't been on the holiday yet that's why I've only given four stars. I suspect that on return I will give five !”

“Absolutely magnificent service, the best rapport I have ever had with a travel agent. Emma saw to every requirement and need and I had and even sent the booking correspondence to my daughter in New Zealand! Emma went above and beyond our expectations! Could not have asked for more. I only hope Emma continues in her role so we have a reliable travel agent to contact for our future holiday bookings! Thank you”

“Booked a route 66. Michelle was very knowledgeable and have us excellent service. She was happy to amend and tweek our trip as we needed. These changes were done promptly and we received immediate acknowledgements all the way through from booking. She always hot back to us promptly. The choice of hotels was of a very good standard and well thought through. They were all handy to get to after a long day travelling. Everything went to plan - everything was booked no problems. Thank you Michelle. We were that pleased we have asked Michelle to quote for our next holiday”

“David Felton was extremely helpful right from the beginning, he understood exactly what we were looking for and sorted us the perfect holiday at an excellent price. We were going to the USA and wanted to go to New York, St Louis, Las Vegas and Chicago. All the flights and hotels he chose were great, three of the four hotels were excellent and the fourth was more than satisfactory, we had no complaints. I rang him several times before we went to ask questions, sometimes the same questions I had asked before and he was always patient and helpful. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything we were uncertain about. All in all I would recommend E Shores to anyone wanting a tailor made holiday and especially David Felton I don't think he could have done any more to make our holiday perfect.”

“The most amazing holiday to Thailand thanks to Andy Rogerson at eshores. I was apprehensive about the holiday as we were traveling to three areas in Thailand over two weeks, and was convinced it was going to be chaotic. The holiday went perfectly smooth, hotel's were fantastic, private transfers were all on time and the flights were excellent with Thai airway's. The bonus being the holiday was an amazing price for everything it included. I will definitely be booking my next adventure with eshores.”

“I found eShores on Google while searching for a multi centre holiday. I have never been so impressed with a travel consultant before,the service we received was second to none. Dave of eShores looked after us as though we were the most important clients ever,nothing was to much trouble. I would recommend anyone who wants this kind of service to go to eShores and enjoy the first class service they provide.”

“Our link person was Andrea - she made everything seem so simple, was unfailingly cheerful and offered helpful advice. hotels chosen for us were just super, just what we were looking for - could not fault them at all. “This is my Fourth year with eShores and have always found them to be very experienced, accommodating and professional in what they do. The experience of our complicated holidays have always gone exactly to plan and the attention to detail is exemplary. Our previous adviser was on holiday so was appointed a new one, of which still took care of our every need and wants.”
