“I called eShores up for a quote based on an itinery I had already constructed via a competitor. Michelle Taylor immediately contructed an identical itinery and was extremely helpful in putting through any tweaks I had requested. The package was ready to book by 5pm the same day! Unfortunately, I didn't book and the price went up, but Michelle didn't give up and managed to find me a workable solution very quickly. She is a credit to the eShores team and easily the best Travel Consultant I have dealt with in a long time. Thanks Michelle.”

“Dave promptly returned my enquiry regarding triple centre stay in Poland . Provided excellent hotel choice that met our exact needs .Given a fully itemised low down on what transfers etc. were available . Gave us the opportunity and time to look over and check package offered. Dave wa easily accessible when call was return with our decision. Hope the rest of our dealings with eShores matches the 1st class treatment wehave received so far.”

“Again, a perfectly put together holiday from Andy at Eshores, this time to South Africa. The itinerary was varied and just the right balance between sightseeing, relaxing and safari. Excellent value as well.”

“We both had a great time after E-Shores made it possible . Good hotels, but the best thing was the transfers which made all the difference . These we never got with Travel Bag last year. Many thanks to Dave from the BirminghaMm branch , who dealt with our holiday. Great prices and great holiday, will definately book with them next time . Many thanks.”

“Michelle excelled this time with our trip to Thailand for our 30th Wedding anniversary. She chose an absolutely perfect hotel 'The Old Phuket' with an outside spa and shower. It was near delicious restaurants, the beach and other amenities so was really convenient. The flights to Bangkok and Phuket were thoughtfully chosen regarding times and the hotel transfers organised. We will be contacting eshores again in the not to distant future. The service and professionalism of the company are outstanding! Thank you again Michelle. Job well-done!”

“Dave Felton was extremely helpful and courteous, he went the extra mile to make sure that our requests were all met and if there was anything needed changing he did it with speed and efficiency and notified us by e mail as the booking progressed. He always seemed to have time for me and never sounded harassed or tried to hurry me along when i was making decisions about flights etc. He always took time to answer my questions and anything he did not know he quickly found the answer to. All in all the service received has been excellent. Regards Carol Hampson”

“Very impressed with the service from eShores, Excellent help and advice from Andy, he gave suggestions of different hotels and they were all perfect and well situated. I went on a 3 centre holiday to Singapore, Borneo & Kuala Lumpur all airport and hotel pick up were on time with English speaking driver and comfortable transport. Very quick responding to emails and dealing with my requests. Will certainly use eShores again and would recommend them to everyone. Thank-you again Lisa.”

“We have used eshores on numerous occasions to book a range of holidays from simple breaks to far away multi centre getaways. Each time We have found them both effective and efficient. Our main contact, Andy has been helpful and knowledgeable but never pushy like some companies have been. We find myself constantly recommending their service to family, colleagues and friends.
