“We booked our family holiday to Florida with the help of Andy. We told Andy what we were looking for in our holiday. We wanted a Villa, with a pool, Wi-Fi, games room and to big enough for the 4 of us, we also wanted a car so that we could travel around Orlando. Andy arranged everything to a tee, we got exactly what we asked and more. Wow what a holiday, it was excellent.... thank you Andy for another great holiday. Shona”

“I had booked the time off at work but was finding getting enough time to search through and explore what I wanted really difficult (and a bit dull!). Within 48 hours of emailing eshores with a vague idea of what I fancied I was booked and done. They've put together an itinerary for me that I love with elements I wouldn't even know how to arrange - such as the private a/c car and driver to take all the stress out of mutli centre travelling. There was 1 hotel that we weren't so keen on for us but eshores were more than happy to keep looking and exploring until we found just what we were looking for. And the price for all this is excellent”

“Andy at Eshores was great Everything we asked for was spot on . 18 nights Florida in 4 bed villa, flights and car hire all brilliant. Daughter went to Miami and cancun, cousin to Mauritius all had fantastic hols Would highly recommend Eshores. Speak to you soon Andy about next holiday Regards Steve and Karen from Liverpool”

“early days yet but so far so good, very professional with booking, good advice will be very glad to give updated review of holiday when i return. i enquired with travelbag holidays to price the same holiday but after asking for a quote 3 times 3 phone calls with 2 different staff and a promise to ring back to quote for different requirements they failed to do so, so they lost out on my business for over £3000.00. Its been 5 days now and still no call back from them i shall be thanking them for making my choice with a better company that being eSHORES mr S.Kirke barry south wales thankyou”

“Booked our first cruise with the help of Andrea. Andrea came up with an itineray that covered our chosen destinations. She was very helpful throughout and was quick to reply to any queries we had. Would definitely recommend.”

“Dave Felton is one of the most helpful people I've been in contact with. He has the patience of a saint, he's calm, composed and nothing seams to faze him. He has a warm and caring approach. From the start of our conversation he made me feel like I was speaking to a friend not a stranger. He instantly gave me the confidence to book a holiday even though I had never heard of your company prior.( which normally I'm wary off). Dave works hard, and when he makes a promise he delivers. I have passed on David Felton's name and number to friends and family, to contact now or in the future when looking for a holiday, reassuring them that David will deliver to the best of his ability the holiday they require. I wish Dave all the very best in the future and will certainly give him my business when booking another holiday.”

“We had an excellent holiday and the service, advice and arrangements you provided were also excellent. We certainly will be contacting you again to arrange another city break. One improvement to note that would have make the one journey better was the arrangement of reserved seats. The train journey from Vienna to Prague so good as we had reserved seats which enabled us to sit as a four without the mad scramble we had to find seats on the journey from Budapest to Vienna. The train was packed. Most seats on this train were reserved so we had a job to find even a pair let alone for four. We ended up in a carriage three down from where we had stored our luggage as we had to move from the seats we sat in as at the first stop people got on who had reservations. Our friends managed to find seats in another coach. This is not a complaint but just to suggest that it is better to have reservations made as you did for the Vienna to Prague trip even if it means extra cost for the travellers. Overall an excellent holiday Thank you EShores”

“I've only been working with Mathew at eShores for a short time, sorting out a holiday that my wife and I hoped to make early in 2017, but so far everything we've asked, Mathew has sorted. Quickly, efficiently and without any problems (well, nothing serious. My only problem is one Mathew definitely can't fix because it is a problem with the timing of a flight, the only one available that day!). As the saying goes, 'the proof of the pudding is in the eating' but from my experience so far I expect no difficulties to arise.”

“Kadie was brilliant at tailoring the holiday, and because she'd visited where I wanted to go it felt all the more personal. She's turned my original trip into a trip of a lifetime all within my budget. It was a pleasure, and not one I've had from other travel agents. I've recommended eshores to friends since and will definitely use eshores again.”
