“Dave from e-shores booked us a city break in Seville/Cordoba for this month (September) and, as usual when we've booked with e-shores, we had a fantastic time. Dave listens to what you want to achieve during your break, makes suggestions, ensures you get into the type of hotel that suits your needs and wants and, finally, ensures that everything runs smoothly from booking to the end of the holiday. E-shores offers a totally reliable, friendly and understanding service. We have booked through e-shores three times now and I recommend them highly.”

“I dealt with Michelle , she sorted everything out even with me changing things along the way. Nothing was a problem we are extremely pleased with everything she did for us. And I would recommend escorts to anyone ,I will certainly use them again. Rob - Wimbledon”

“We booked through Matthew going to NY, Philadelphia and Washington. Had a fab holiday, everything went smoothly, but I was reassured by the fact that if I needed any help or advice he would be there for me. Some companies once they have your money, dont want to know but he followed the holiday through for me, wanting to know when we were back how it went. Never had that before! So I would book again without hesitation, its more of a personalised holiday. Very good service and all the hotels he chose for us were super.”

“Emma was very helpful and offered very good advice, she even offered that I could call her in her afternoon off if I needed to. I have now booked a holiday through Emma and she managed to find me flights and the accommodation for a reasonable price.”

“We've just got back from a great break in Copenhagen and Stockholm and were impressed with the great service we received from our consultant, Michelle. Michelle asked us what we wanted and put together an itinerary which demonstrated that she had listened and understood what we were looking for. She was always available to answer any questions we had. We will definitely be asking Michelle to help us organise our next holiday.”

“Compiled itinerary promptly and within the budget given. Excellent recommended hotels and perfect flight times. Transfers were all included and we had the benefit of the minibuses for ourselves rather than sharing like herded cattle. Andy Rogerson was extremely approachable and efficient in the planning of our holiday. He was always available and never pressurised us for an answer. He even sorted out better deals within the price eg room upgrades and complimentary evening canapes.”

“Very impressed with the quality of service provided by eShores. We had Matt Woodward as our travel consultant and he was fantastic from start (putting together cost efficient options for our trip to New York/Boston) to finish (providing useful hints and tips to get the most out of our money during our stay). An added complication came about as a result of eShores booking our hotel in Boston via lowcostholidays.com and the hotel booking being void as a result of lowcostholidays going bust - thankfully eShores are fully ATOL protected and actually managed to get us upgraded to a much nicer hotel at no extra cost. Will certainly use again for future holidays.”
