“We worked with Rachel on a twin city break in Athens and Santorini and Rachel provided many different options to suit our families needs. Once we decided on a suitable option Rachel booked everything for us including transfers. The holiday itself was brilliant, all the hotels were of a suitable standard and all flights/transfers (with the exception of one that e shores have refunded) were as expected. An unexpected highlight was the ferry trip from Athens to Santorini - highly recommended! We will definitely be back in touch for further holidays! Thank you Rachel!”

“Excellent honeymoon organised by Rachel at eShores! The booking process was very smooth and Rachel was very responsive and helpful throughout, and chose the loveliest hotels in the best locations! Would highly recommend eShores! I definitely will be using them again.”

“Sorry its taken so long to do this review but life always gets in the way! We travelled to Turkey at the end of May and had 10 glorious days; three nights in Istanbul and the rest in Kalkan on the coast. Hannah at eshores arranged everything and was so friendly and helpful. All the transitions, which are the usual stress points for me and have lead me to avoid multi centre holidays in the past, were seamless and the two hotels- Esans Hotel in Istanbul and Kalube Hotel in Kalkan - that Hannah found us were fantastic. I will certainly be asking Hannah to arrange more holidays for us in the future!”

“Just back from a perfect tailor-made holiday in Croatia. My second time with eShores on a European multi-centre holiday. Chris gave excellent advice on great destinations and journeying between them. Honestly, could not fault them. Everything went super smoothly throughout. They listen to your requirements and give guidance based on firsthand experience. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and look forward to using them next time I’m planning an adventure anywhere in the world. Excellent value.”

“Customer service and communication was second to none, we wanted to tailor the holiday with where our days were spent and what accommodation we preferred, and our requests were met without fuss. The price was as expected for what we done. We had a multi centre holiday with various transfers, so much organisation was required and achieved. Will be back to book again. Many thanks E-shores.”

“Dealing with Emma to organise a 5 centre European holiday has been a dream. Nothing has been too much trouble despite the numerous tweaks I wanted to make to various aspects of the trip. Really impressed with the standard of hotels I had to choose from and overall price was very satisfactory.”

The process, as always, was easy and rewarding, due to Kadie beating the price I found online and also including private transfers for us, which was a massive help and bonus. I received our holiday pack and documents well in advance of our holiday and everything went smoothly throughout. Thanks again.”

“I was a little dubious at first, asking for a quote from an online company, but I'd had no luck with local travel agents so I thought I would take the leap. I had looked at a specific multi centre package so put my details in and pressed 'quote'. Not long after, I received an email from Dave, touching base and arranging a convenient time for him to call me to discuss further details. He was so friendly and understood our issues with connecting flights, and came back to me really quickly with a perfect package and under my budget! All the hotels chosen were the type that I would pick, but without knowing the areas, I wouldn't know if they were central for a city break, but Dave did all that hard work for me! All of the correspondence has been professional and informative, which is a great comfort when dealing with an online company. We have yet to go on our holiday, but I am sure it is going to be amazing! Thanks Dave!”

“Well Emma sorted our 4 half week holiday so far all excellent first flight Heathrow to Toronto a week prior to flying BA without any warning or explanation cancelled our flight Emma got straight on it although the alternative was not ideal it got us to canada the day we needed to be there. Here is a tip to people flying United Airlines in America do your app and register and join the club its absolutely free if you don't register luggage cost you $30.00 per case register it only cost $11.00 we just flew san fransisco to Hawaii for $22.00 for 2 x 23 kg cases unfortunately air canada every though flying under United Airlines banner do not offer the same deal on membership 8 more days we fly New York then a week later home Emma arranged all flights and hire cars excellent service Have been so impressed that have already booked next trip in January Nicholas”

Bookings are not limited to only holidays advertised on their website. Good value for money and great communication. Very trustworthy and reliable, I would not book with anyone else.”

“My wife and I recently enjoyed a three location holiday to Greece for our 40th wedding anniversary through eShores. From the very first enquiry Emma Mcdonough was excellent in every aspect. From a prompt initial itinerary & costing to working through the detail. The holiday went like clockwork, flights, private transfers, hotels and locations all exceeded expectations. “We booked with eshore for the first time. I was super reluctant at first as I have never booked in this way and it was my first family with my kids (age 2 & 4) and husband. So naturally I tried every way to try book the holiday myself (being me). However I really needed the support in breaking down my payments and eshore was able to provide that flexibility for me. I worked with Hannah Morris and she was fantastic. She listened to my requirements and provided many options for me to choose from, with no pressure at all. I eventually decided to go with Hannah’s selections and I was not disappointed. Eshore booked the flight, hotel and transfers and all ran super smoothly to my surprise. Apart of me was waiting for something to go wrong but it never did. In fact the accommodations was beautiful, staff were friendly etc. Flights were smooth and my children were comfortable. Also the transfer was perfect. The only thing that made me anxious was waiting 10days before the flight to receive the paper ticket, however it wasn’t even necessary for flights at least. However when it came it had everything I needed and was reassuring. I will forever recommend eshore to others who find they need a little longer to pay for their holidays. If it weren’t for eshore I probably wouldn’t have had my dream holiday! Thank you!!”

“We booked the Baltics for an 8 day trip, we had such a great time and the way it was organised was perfect. Everything went extremely smoothly, with no issues whatsoever. The hotels were exactly what we were after, central and nice. All transfers and travel booked were great. All in all a great holiday for great value. Thank you very much for your great and efficient customer service. We will definitely book through e shores again!”
