“Booked for our ruby anniversary multi stop far east. got to Vietnam should have been 4* hotel they could not find our booking, but found we were in another hotel.. OMG..it was a hostel and they found our booking straight away, so it must have been right, similar thing in Phuket could not find our booking on returning home i have complained only to be told it was my fault, and have been treated like a child,they have compensated me with £100 odd as the 4* was £64pn, and a voucher which they know i will never use because i would never trust them again.oh how i will remember my ruby anniversary..p.s any one want buy my voucher”

Dear Mr Newitt, I would like to apologise that your holiday didn't run as smoothly as we had hoped. I am also genuinely sorry if you felt we blamed you, as that wasn't our intention. We were just disappointed that we didn't find out about your concerns until you'd returned home. We simply wanted to explain that if you had let the hotel know, or had phoned our emergency number, we would have made sure things were put right. We want every holiday we sell to run smoothly and want every one of our clients to have a great time. So if we’d have known you weren’t happy, we would have done whatever necessary to ensure either the hotel addressed your concerns, or if that wasn't possible, you were moved somewhere more suitable. Once you'd returned home though, it was difficult for us to rectify things. We did take your concerns seriously though, which is why refunded you for your stay. The voucher was simply an additional gesture, due to our disappointment that the hotel wasn't suitable. I am sincerely sorry that your holiday didn't get off to the start that either of us had wanted, I just hope you enjoyed the rest of your trip. “Dave the travel consultant was very helpful and patient as I had to keep looking at different dates and airlines. Nothing was too much trouble for him and we eventually settled on the holiday I wanted. Thank you Dave!”

“I have been arranging our holiday to China for next year. Ms Hannah has been dealing with all arrangements from start to finish in a very friendly and professional way. Nothing was left to chance, informing me at all times, as to the progress of the arrangements. She has booked all the hotels and tours of our choice for our holiday and at the same time advising us the best way we can fit all we wanted to include in our itinerary. Last but not least, to our surprise, the costs were well within our budget. Many Thanks”

“We have used eshores for the last three years for the following reasons,after going to the high street holiday shops who only want to sell you thier holidays at high street prices. Eshores listen to what you want out of a holiday then staff like Emma do thier Magic produce what you want with great places great hotels, great flights and very competitive prices. And if you want to change something or add another destination they just do it. This is why we will continue to to use eshores.”

“Second time we have used eShores. On both occasions Dave Felton dealt with our requests with great efficiency and friendly manner. I would recommend especially if you want a tailor made holiday which is competitively priced. Would definitely use again.”

“We had a multidestination holiday (Cape Town & Dubai) and booked flights and accommodation through eShores. The holiday went perfectly. The accommodation Andy selected for us was perfect in terms of location and budget. All transfers went smoothly with our drivers waiting for us as the airports and hotels in a timely manner. A big 'well done' to Andy who dealt with our holiday requirements in a very professional and yet friendly manner, he is a credit to eShores. I would be happy to recommend eShores to anyone wishing to book holidays.”

“Fantastic holiday to Malaysia to celebrate our silver wedding. A big thank you to Matt for organising our trip to Kuala Lumpur, Borneo and Langkawi. Hotels were excellent including our chalet on stilts in the sea at Langkawi. Every airport pickup and hotel transfer was on time. Organised trips were excellent. A real highlight was seeing the orangutans . We wouldn't hesitate recommending or booking with e shores again. The big question is where to next?”

“We've recently returned from our honeymoon in Singapore and Bail, which we booked with eShores. It was the trip of a lifetime and we'll never forget it! Everything ran smoothly and the package that Andy put together for us was fantastic. He suggested the Pan Pacific in Singapore, which blew us away! We'd like to thank him for all of his help and we'll be more than happy to use eShores again in future (hopefully next year!)”

“Michelle organised the perfect holiday to America for my husband and I to visit Chicago, Memphis and New Orleans. She was very efficient and kept me informed by phone and email. The three hotels we stayed at were ideal and very close to attractions. The flights and Amtrak train were well-organised and she even managed to upgrade us to a roomet at no additional cost. Her co-ordination of transport and hotels for this 3 centre holiday was excellent.”
