“This company was recommended to us by a family member who had used its services about five or six years ago so as we were planning to go to Malaysia next year and we had never travelled to Asia decided to contact them. We were served by Senior Travel Consultant Chris Eaves who discussed our needs, answered our questions and gave us advice and then stated he would send us a possible itinerary which could be changed as we wished. I came off the phone call feeling very reassured about Chris and the company and the manner in which we were being treated. About two hours later we received an email with the flights, transfers, accommodation and costings for our perusal. I telephoned Chris the following day to change one of the hotels and to confirm one or two things. Within thirty minutes I had a revised schedule in front of me. We booked very quickly after that. Despite never having been to the region before Chris has given us the confidence that it will be a wonderful experience and we can relax and fully enjoy it. We usually book our own holiday arrangements but this company has made it so easy to allow someone else to work out the best timings etc. Fully recommend this company and five stars to Chris Eaves for his professionalism and excellent customer interaction.”

“We enquired about a trip to Thailand for November 2026 and we had a phone from Matthew….. wow, what can we say, he was so knowledgeable and gave us some of his experiences over there. Matthew was so friendly and extremely helpful. We cannot thank you enough for helping to book our trip with yourselves, your communication from start to finish was impeccable and first class.
