“From the first phone call from Michelle I knew that she was the person we wanted to help with all our holiday requirements, she was friendly, knowledgeable about Australia and keen to make sure everything suited our families needs. As she had been to Australia she gave us some great tips to use once we were there and told us which trips were the best, it gave us the confidence to go on the holiday of a lifetime. Thanks Michelle - you're a star!”

“I have used eShores twice now, once for a break to Borneo and now for our major holiday to Australia. Both times Andy has been absolutely brilliant. He found us the perfect hotels and excursions in Borneo and although we've yet to experience our holiday to Australia i'm confident that the package he has put together for us will be amazing. Like many other customers i shopped around with other companies but found eShores to be the most professional and competitively priced for the trips we wanted to arrange. I will always recommend them to all my friends and family and am already looking for our next break which i will be booking with Andy.”

“After making enquires with travel companies, both local and national, regarding a Route 66 road trip we decided to go with Andrea from E-Shores. Andrea was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful & responsive. She tailored our trip, including off-route trips to The Grand Canyon & Las Vegas to our budget, arranging some fantastic hotels, both original Route 66 motels and modern day hotels. Fights, car hire and hotel check-ins all went smoothly. We would definitely recommend E-shores & wouldn't hesitate to use them again.”

“I was unsure initially of booking with someone other than a high street travel agent, however felt that we have had a great service from eShores. Dave Felton took on board what sort of hotels we would like and found ideal places to stay. Everything just went like clockwork from initial booking, receiving information, travel documentation, itinerary, flights, transfers, hotels and journeys in between..(my family were very impressed by how well organised I was!!!) and if ever I had an enquiry Dave responded by phone or email promptly, it was nice having a named person to deal with. I wouldn't hesitate in booking a holiday with eShores again.”

“Very professional service, dealt with really promptly each and every time by Matthew- e-mail, phone calls / everything was sorted very quickly. He listened to what we wanted and provided different options along those lines/ we're very pleased with all the suggestion. And our holiday went ahead very smoothly, all flights, connections etc were exactly as planned. Tickets, vouchers etc arrived in good time. We've been very impressed and will use e-shores again. Would recommend.”

“We booked our holiday to Singapore and Bali through eShores staying at two sites in Bali. The whole trip went without a hitch and all of the hotel bookings and transfers were straightforward and on time. eShores did an excellent job of arranging everything from this end and adapted the holiday to our requirements. We'll definitely use their services again.”

“I called a couple of companies to get a feel for what they offered and how they could cater to my families requirements. As soon as I spoke with Andrea at eShores I knew that was the company to book a dream holiday with. Andrea was so friendly, experienced and confident in what the company could offer I was sold. Everything was arranged with ease and tailored made and within our budget too. Each hotel we stayed at was great. We stayed at some on her recommendation and weren't disappointed. The car hire arrangements were as agreed with her and I can't speak more highly about the service I received. Being a mum and career person it was so effortless and relaxing to have everything planned for you and every detail met on arrival at all locations. Suberb service and Andrea is a credit to the company.”

“We booked our family holiday to Florida with the help of Andy. We told Andy what we were looking for in our holiday. We wanted a Villa, with a pool, Wi-Fi, games room and to big enough for the 4 of us, we also wanted a car so that we could travel around Orlando. Andy arranged everything to a tee, we got exactly what we asked and more. Wow what a holiday, it was excellent.... thank you Andy for another great holiday. Shona”

“I had booked the time off at work but was finding getting enough time to search through and explore what I wanted really difficult (and a bit dull!). Within 48 hours of emailing eshores with a vague idea of what I fancied I was booked and done. They've put together an itinerary for me that I love with elements I wouldn't even know how to arrange - such as the private a/c car and driver to take all the stress out of mutli centre travelling. There was 1 hotel that we weren't so keen on for us but eshores were more than happy to keep looking and exploring until we found just what we were looking for. And the price for all this is excellent”
