“Item sent clearly not as advertised in photo or description. Having emailed, only offered to refund me, rather than send me the missing item as per the ad... Not good customer service compared to other retailers I've dealt with who have admitted their mistake and done the right thing... Very disappointed”

“The item I ordered was stated as being in stock at the time which was why I ordered it from Escape. ( I needed it delivered fairly urgently due to an upcoming trip). It was not in stock and only just arrived in time before I left home. However, the item was great and the staff did chase up the delivery so all turned out fine in the end. I would suggest that if an item is not currently in stock that this should be made clear.”
