“Excellent customer service from yourselves just a real pity your couriers DPD let you down - sorry to say not the only company that has issues! Ie despite my clear concise instructions for delivery and the tracking system used - didnt even get to within 1.5 miles of my house and stated I wasn’t in - absolute lies!”

“Great product, rating would have been higher but for poor delivery by courier (DPD) used. Left at wrong property, wrong part of town and with clear address, instructions left and my contact number and then I needed to collect.”

“Everything was fantastic except the product I ordered did not turn up. A week later I called to chase as I had already missed a chance to get out on the water while waiting for the paddle and was told for some reason it was not sent out (no reason given). It was then sent and received 2 days later.”

“It cost me money to return Gul portage boots as far too tight to put on although the right size despite being reassured after phoning first before ordering having read a product review on their site quierying sizes being far too small! Had no further correspondence except refund of purchase price. ☹️”

“Love the website, easy to work and find things in my size. My order came very quickly which is amazing so thank you so much. The reason I can't give it 5/5 is the condition the parcel came in was upsetting. It was open, the corners were all torn and looked like it had been dropped more than once, there was water damage to the bottom of the box too. Not great and for how much I paid it would be nice for it to be looked after a little better.”

“The quality of all products I ordered is simply great: palm, overboard, rucksport. Bad thing... even after they assured me that the spray deck will fit my cockpit... I had a very unpleasant disappointment: (by almost 20cm). So...a very costly return.”

“Order arrived quickly, but............unfortunately the item arrived battered and unpackaged. It was a gift for my husband for Christmas and he took effect delivery of it. Due to no other packaging other that what it is supplied in, it was obvious to him what his gift was but also he saw the poor condition it arrived in. I was disappointed that I had spend a large amount of money on something that was no longer a surprise and also that no care had been given to the item during delivery.”
