“I wish all retailers were like this! Our order was delivered very quickly, we'd ordered a size too small so returned the item and ordered the next size up. The refund was processed within a couple of days and the second item we ordered turned up again very quickly. Full marks for customer service!”

“I can highly recommend the Sola fin tethers and the 3 pairs of Alder 5mm neoprene boots that I bought for us from this company, they keep your feet toasty warm. Escape Watersports service is super fast and we were left very impressed as I placed 2 orders and both arrived very quickly, so I would highly recommend them for service.”

“The service from escape water sports was fantastic. I paid for 1-2 days delivery and although Royal Mail held it for almost a week escape sports refunded my delivery cost. The equipment bought was fantastic quality at a good price. Would use again”
