“Excellent service as always. Best price around and even on the rare occasions stock runs low, setting up an email alert soon ends in a nice inbox message telling you that item is back in stock. The Escape website is generally the first place I visit when I'm looking for some new paddling gear :-)”

“As I live in Scotland I placed my order for my son's birthday, he lives in England. it's the first time using the site. I am not very good at online shopping but the site was easy to use and the order was delivered directly to my son and was there within a few days. Exceeded my expectations”

“Really impressed. First time I’d bought from you and I desperately needed a rash vest for my son before our holiday! Not only were you the only place I could find with his size in stock, it was delivered really quickly! A holiday of sunburn averted! Thank you!”

“You have always been my go to provider of kayaking equipment but as of this latest transaction i am highly concerned and dissatisfied and will no longer be recommending you. You used to have a phone number customers could use to contact you with questions regarding a product. Now it's impossible to speak to anyone. Email communications are neither rapid nor appropriate to resolve more complex queries. Requesting a phone back doesn't work.”

“I bought an air deck inflatable dinghy, at a very competitive price using a voucher code, which I am extremely happy with. I ordered on Friday, was advised delivery would be Monday but in fact was delivered on the Saturday and was inflated and in use on the Sunday afternoon. Excellent service, thank you!”

“I bought an inflatable dinghy from Escape Watersports and found out after a few days that it had a small problem. I contacted the company and the staff responded immediately and arranged to rectify the problem. Within 48 hours everything was sorted out and the issue was fully resolved. What more could you ask? I have been very impressed and would recommend Escape Watersports to anyone.”

“My first visit/purchase since they have gone online only. I have bought a lot of kayaking stuff from there over the years and one big plus was the advice from the very knowledgeable staff. The same great staff are there but now they just open the door and hand you a box! I will not purchase anything from there again, why would I? If it's cheaper on Amazon etc, their USP for me has gone. I also will not be able to recommend Escape to newcomers to water sports as I did in the past, a lot of people go there not really knowing what they need and the team there were great for guiding them in the right direction. And possibly upselling them but again this will no longer happen. Sad times.”
