“We bought a Yak Bouyancy Aid. The zip was difficult to use. Sent it back on Thursday hassle free just printed off the labels as requested from Escape Watersports placed it in the orginal packaging. We had our money back on the following Monday, then upgraded our order to another Yak Bouyancy Aid. Received it on the Wednesday. This Bouyancy Aid is much better it is easy to put on and seems comfortable to wear. Not tried it out on the sea yet. Happy with the service and the speed in sorting it out when things go wrong.”

“Item was dispatched quickly but Royal MAil took 6 days to deliver. When contacted, escape watersports responded quickly and efficiently. Pleased with the service provided by escape watersports. Can't say the same about ROyal Mail!!”
