“Excellent and responsive customer support. I ordered a PFD from Escape Watersport, which arrived extremely quickly. Unfortunately there was some slight damage in transit to the item, and i co tasted Escape Watersport through their online contact form. The response was super fast, and after a few photos were uploaded, the return was authorised with prepaid delivery label. The comms were professional and friendly at all times and were very fast, which is super important for any company. I would highly recommend Escape Watersport, and customers can purchase with confidence.”

“I bought two sets Malone Seawing Kayak Carriers. Escape Watersports weren't able to tell me what dimensions of roof bar they would fit, so I emailed the manufacturers who quickly came back; so that's anything up to 88mm wide, and 31.75mm tall, if anyone else has the same query. The carriers came on time and would fit the bar no problem. But.... as I had quite deep cross bars, I needed 70mm bolts. Mine came with a full set of stainless 50mm bolts (too short for my purpose) and bizarrely a mixture 7 x 60mm and one 70mm. I quickly contacted Escape Watersports and they quickly got 7 x 70mm bolts to me. The omission was down to the manufacturers/suppliers. The carriers are great, very solid and make loading our two largish (27kg and 23 kg 4m+) sea going sit-ons much easier and hold them well in transport. Our sit-ons are 66cm (OK Scupper Pro) and 65cm (RTM Disco) wide, so be careful with wider craft, they might not fit depending on hull shape. As always I would strongly recommend Escape Watersports have bought many itmes off them in the past - I would have given 5 stars had I not had the bolt issue, but that was really not their fault.”
