“I bought two sets Malone Seawing Kayak Carriers. Escape Watersports weren't able to tell me what dimensions of roof bar they would fit, so I emailed the manufacturers who quickly came back; so that's anything up to 88mm wide, and 31.75mm tall, if anyone else has the same query. The carriers came on time and would fit the bar no problem. But.... as I had quite deep cross bars, I needed 70mm bolts. Mine came with a full set of stainless 50mm bolts (too short for my purpose) and bizarrely a mixture 7 x 60mm and one 70mm. I quickly contacted Escape Watersports and they quickly got 7 x 70mm bolts to me. The omission was down to the manufacturers/suppliers. The carriers are great, very solid and make loading our two largish (27kg and 23 kg 4m+) sea going sit-ons much easier and hold them well in transport. Our sit-ons are 66cm (OK Scupper Pro) and 65cm (RTM Disco) wide, so be careful with wider craft, they might not fit depending on hull shape. As always I would strongly recommend Escape Watersports have bought many itmes off them in the past - I would have given 5 stars had I not had the bolt issue, but that was really not their fault.”

“We bought a Yak Bouyancy Aid. The zip was difficult to use. Sent it back on Thursday hassle free just printed off the labels as requested from Escape Watersports placed it in the orginal packaging. We had our money back on the following Monday, then upgraded our order to another Yak Bouyancy Aid. Received it on the Wednesday. This Bouyancy Aid is much better it is easy to put on and seems comfortable to wear. Not tried it out on the sea yet. Happy with the service and the speed in sorting it out when things go wrong.”
