“Purchased a life jacket, size is perfect for me and i used their sizing guide. Have not used yet, as just got my SUP. I am a strong swimmer but need to respect the water. Safety first Delivery was free and very quick”

“This is not a complaint because your service was very quick. I ordered a dry suit in size large but the order was changed to medium without my noticing it. When I did and ordered size XL it was too late to change the original order so I let it be and simply returned the medium.”

“I've ordered from Escape before so was happy to order from them again. The item ordered arrived in good time. Unfortunately it wasn't suitable so I returned it - which was helped by the Returns label which Escape provide. Everything worked fine and my refund came through as promised. I'll be happy to use Escape again if they have a product I'm looking for.”
