“A bit disappointed that a waterproof jacket costing over £130 was just in the grey shipping bag… Postie thought it would be fun to post it through the letterbox rather than ring the doorbell! But fortunately the jacket wasn’t damaged! Who would I have claimed off if it had of been damaged?”
