Since then, we have come a long way and more recently we have branched out and now sell a range of kitchen sinks and taps as well as our better known bathroom products. We believe that every customer deserves the best service and products and realise that every bathroom is different, which is why we sell items from well known brands as well as our own branded high quality, but lower priced items. “Not delivered as driver went to wrong address. Impossible to communicate with delivery company and yourselves. No customer care service available only online form. Completed but ignored. Very shoddy customer care.”

“All good, but oackaging somewhat over done, particularly as the seat, in it's own box, was placed on the box floor and not cocooned in the copious scrunched up paper. Opportunities there to save/reduce delivery cost?”

“This item is really well built and comes set up so no need to build it. ( not flat pack) always good to know as it wasn’t mentioned. Delivery was good, everything went to plan. It’s not fitted yet so I can’t leave a picture but I’m very happy with everything.”

“Terrible customer service. After cancelling part of an order and promised a refund they still sent the item. They acknowledged their mistake and apologise. I arranged to get the item returned but they refused to refund me throughout until the item was in their possession. Not sure why I am taking a financial hit for their mistake? After requesting a refund after I passed the item over to the courier they simply ignored my email.”
